Fabric Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Fabric is a Rio Electronics product operated for KBlend, MyKBlend, TruthBook, and related services. This policy explains how Fabric handles information used for identity, operations, publishing, CRM, communications, analytics, and authorized Google integrations.

Information We Collect

Depending on your relationship with KBlend or Fabric, we may collect account identity information, contact details, staff role information, operational records, CRM notes, form submissions, support requests, website interaction events, device/browser metadata, and integration metadata from services that an authorized user connects.

Google Account And API Data

Fabric may use Google sign-in to confirm user identity. Authorized administrators may separately connect Google services for operational use, such as analytics review, publishing support, Google Ads reporting, or other approved business workflows. Fabric requests Google access by capability and should only request the scopes needed for the selected workflow.

Google Ads Data

Fabric's Google Ads Builder is intended for internal KBlend campaign review and reporting. It may import account visibility and campaign performance data such as campaign identifiers, campaign names, status, impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and dates. This data is used to compare advertising performance with first-party website and CRM events and to support human-reviewed campaign decisions. Google user data is not sold or used for unrelated advertising purposes.

How We Use Information

  • To provide secure sign-in and role-based access.
  • To operate internal KBlend publishing, CRM, communications, and support workflows.
  • To monitor website and campaign performance.
  • To improve content, advertising, and user support decisions.
  • To investigate errors, abuse, security events, and operational failures.

Sharing

Fabric is not designed to sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers and infrastructure systems that help operate Fabric, MyKBlend, TruthBook, communications, analytics, payment, identity, or advertising workflows. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, security needs, or legitimate business operations.

Security

Fabric uses role-based access controls for internal workspaces. API secrets, developer tokens, OAuth secrets, and similar credentials should be stored outside source code. Operational events may be logged for audit, troubleshooting, and security review.

Retention

Operational records are retained for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, review performance, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and protect system integrity. Records may be deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed.

Your Choices

You may contact KBlend to ask about information associated with your account, request correction, or ask about removal when legally and operationally appropriate. Google account access can also be revoked from your Google Account security settings.

Contact

For privacy questions, use the KBlend contact page or the monitored support email listed in Google Cloud Console.
